Hello there. I have been inactive for too long. Ever since my label as a scent witch by @pandanscafanfiction and being bullied by @tennoujinerin to post this, here it is. What perfumes I think the HL boys would wear:

I know I have done this before but after some revision and seeing how each character has been developed, lo and behold my new choices.

Sebastian Sallow:

Ah, the one who stole our hearts at first when we played the game. I chose Cedarwood as his main scent note for it's association with healing and death. Sebastian is an all rounder, not the type to have multiple bottles, one scent will do the job. Burberry's Hero, YSL's La Nuit De La Homme and Margiela Replica's Whispers in the Library (I chose this on purpose) have Cedarwood as it's note

Ominis Gaunt:

Ominis is upper class but it doesn't strike me as someone who wants to shout his status. It is a kind of scent that is subtle but you know it comes from the upper class. For that I chose Leather fragrances as it usually wears slowly on the skin, but on the right person it comes across as a quiet strong person. Gucci's Guilty Absolute, Dior's Fahrenheit and Margiela Replica's Jazz club are a great reflection of this.

Garreth Weasley:

As a potioneer who relies on his nose a lot, Garreth wouldn't see the point of wearing perfume. At best he would just need something that smells clean and fresh, but I added some citrusy notes for his fun loving nature. For that Chanel's Allure Homme Sport and Dior Homme Cologne would do the trick. To get is attention, choose a scent that sits close to the skin in an almost intimate level that would turn his head, such as Margiela Replica's Lazy Sunday Morning.

Leander Prewett:

For Leander I actually went for "Annoying" fragrances at first but seeing how he has been developed into the fandom, I rearranged for scents that are fresh with a twist. I wanted something that comes across as a people pleaser but there is the note that you can't put your nose to it (It's Rosemary) that makes you take a second sniff. For that, Armani's Aqua Di Gio Porfumo, Bvlgari's Aqva pour Homme and Issey Miyake's Fusion d'Issey are my picks.

Amit Thakkar:

I really wanted to pay homage to India for Amit, as India is the land where scents are used quite frequently in daily life. I chose a sandalwood perfume (Diptyque's Tam Dao) for it's usage in the worship of the Hindu Gods and Goddess, Cardamom (D&G The One) for it's usage in food and Saffron ( Penhaligon's Babylon) for the colour worn by Hindu Priests ( it symbolic of Sunsets/Sunrise and healing, apparently).

Andrew Larson:

I am amazed at the headcanons for Andrew but I digress he doesn't smell like herbs. Instead I chose Juniper Berries! Is this an odd choice? Of course, but considering it's freshness yet spicy notes with medicinal properties (not to mention it being found in most parts of the globe) it is a timeless scent. I tried my best to find scents that are light, something not too strong as it will need to sit close to the skin. Take a peek with Blvgari's Glacial Essence, Gucci's Guilty Cologne Pour Homme and Penhaligon's Juniper Sling.

He thought those fantasies would go away after his heat was over, but he really dug a deeper hole for himself by having someone else's scent in his nest. Now he wants more. Eventually, he would want the real thing, and that is not part of the plan.

Then they went to a chinese restaurant, got black out drunk, Adam ended up with another piece of Max’s belongings, and not just any random clothing, one of his many scarfs.

The problem is Max has been wearing this particular one, a very expensive one at that, for quit some time now, it is drenched in the other man's scent, of course it would be, because it directly rested on his neck, covering his gland.

How he ended up with it, Adam had no idea. Probably another stupid, careless decision he made when he was drunk out of his mind.

When he got back home, he stared at his bedding, the stupid shirt, the stupid Burberry scarf, and his own plushies that he had bought for himself throughout the years.

Kingdom hasn't left the piece of metal alone since they won it, Adam can't really blame them, it's been years since his old friends hold gold, and in his opinion what he's doing is completely fine, TK can always give them a replica for time being, or privide another set, but these two belts, belongs to them- no him.

Thankfully, Matt and Mike haven't polish them just yet even if it reeks of Max, so all of this effort he's putting into being an obsessive little freak is going to pay off.

Okay okay okay, weird question I know. But I love love love perfumes, it’s a bit of a hobby of mine . Both men’s and women’s perfumes. What perfume do you think Spencer would wear, if any at all. What do you think he’d smell like? Do you think he’d wear the same thing always, or would later seasons Spencer have a different preference to earlier and mid season Spencer? Personally I think he’d spell a little like vanilla. Especially earlier season Spencer. Not like overtly so, but like a hint of vanilla and coffee, maybe with a Smokey touch? Idk, maybe that’s just how I want him to smell 😭. I think a warmer cozier smell would go really well with his cozy clothing preferences

Okok I love perfumes too first of all I’d like to say I am also a vanilla girl (Burberry goddess wearers wya) AND I love a perfume with a smoky touch (Replica Jazz club wearers wya) and I’ve talked about this before and I don’t think spencer EXACTLY wears jazz club I think it might almost be too sweet for him but something in that vein. I think whatever he wears is more androgynous than a typical cologne or perfume. Like Derek is wearing Versace Eros or something and Spencer is not doing that. Whatever he’s wearing is unique AND I’m 100% sure it’s one of those scents that’s so good you want to keep inhaling until you get light headed dykwim?? And he either got it from you or because he fell down a rabbit hole and bought it because it was chemically interesting or there was something unique about the production or the company. And I don’t think he’d wear it all the time. I once said early seasons Spencer wouldn’t wear cologne and I’ve since gotten to know him better and I think he absolutely would. Mid seasons Spencer however is the most metrosexual to put it in outdated terms for my own amusement. Of all the Spencers he’s the likeliest to be trying different colognes and thinking about that kind of thing. I think around when he cuts his hair short in season 5 is when he starts becoming aware of his appearance and the fact that he’s conventionally attractive and I could get into that but I won’t anyways I’ve said so much and at the same time so little!! Wow
